| The manufacture and sale of Metal “Bull
Bars” and none compliant Frontal Protection Systems that
do not conform to the requirements of 2005/66/EC for
pedestrian protection will be illegal from
25th May 2007. A U.K. distributor or dealer
infringing upon this directive will be convicted under
the General Product Safety Regulations 2005 (No. 1803
CONSUMER PROTECTION) which carries a maximum £20,000
fine and /or 12 months in prison.

| COMPARATIVE TESTING
ON TYPICAL VEHICLES |
| Three vehicles were chosen to represent
typical models that sell well across the UK and Europe,
therefore representing a significant portion of the vehicle
parc. The results have been captured on video and are accompanied
by statistics illustrating the benefits of frontal protection
systems.

| MANUFACTURING |
| In 1993 Concept Mouldings produced
the first soft-touch, polyurethane Frontal Protection
System for the Land Rover P38A Range Rover.
This utilised a fabricated metal armature to provide
rigidity, covered with a 10-15mm outer polyurethane
skin that absorbed energy in a crash and gave it
an aesthetically pleasing finish. Since then Concept
has continually invested in R&D and developed
and patented newer technologies.
